DCD - DarkChannel Daemon

Overview

The DarkChannel Daemon dcd implements a DarkChannel Channel Server for the DarkChannel protocol.

It's primary functions is to provide DarkChannel channel server services to local users and operators using dcc or dccore to connect to the service provided by dcd.
